Diamond Policy
The diamonds sold herein have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict diamonds and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. Ivanka Trump guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds in compliance with the Kimberly Process.
Repair Policy
Ivanka Trump is pleased to repair any merchandise purchased with Ivanka Trump. No deposit is necessary. Once in receipt of the damaged goods an Ivanka Trump jeweler will professionally inspect the piece to determine the proper course of action. Repairs within a 90 day warranty period are free of charge to our clients. However, products which are deemed to have been modified by a third party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty.

In the event that you have exceeded our 90 day warranty period, Ivanka Trump will gladly repair your items. A charge will be determined after an evaluation by a certified Ivanka Trump jeweler. The customer will be informed of the charge and must authorize such charge prior to commencement of the repair. Ivanka Trump will only be responsible for merchandise for a six month period after drop off by the customer.
Shipping Policy
Ivanka Trump is pleased to offer complimentary shipping, handling and insurance on all purchases of $1,000 or more. Ivanka Trump is proud to ship with the most secure overnight carriers. Your jewelry is fully insured until it is securely in your hands. Signature is required upon receipt so please ensure someone is available to sign for your package. Should you require special arrangements for the delivery of your items, we are pleased to accommodate your request. Purchases processed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Children’s Online Privacy

Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry does not knowingly collect any information on children under 13 years of age. We request that children please do not submit information to us without first obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online at ivankatrumpcollection.com or by phone may be exchanged or returned up to 30 days after the date of original purchase if accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip in their original packaging and have never been worn.  

Credit or charge card purchases will be refunded by a credit to the cardholder’s account for the amount originally charged. Refund or store credit will only be given after management confirms that the returned merchandise is Ivanka Trump merchandise and is in its original condition with no wear or tear. Customers desiring a refund or credit are required to provide original receipts and original GIA certifications if provided with purchase.

Please note, upon receiving your return the item will be reviewed by our quality assurance department. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized (by a jeweler other than Ivanka Trump) or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without an Ivanka Trump return code or improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

  2. An Ivanka Trump representative will provide you with all information and supplies needed to safely return your item. Ivanka Trump will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged if not sent through a secure Ivanka Trump shipping method.
